Non-adhesive and single-sided foam
100 Series - PVC Foam
Wide range of densities/hardnesses available. Good ageing. Low moisture absorbing and good temperature, rot and mould resistance. Very durable. Standard colours include white, grey and black but coloured PVC foam is also available upon request.
Potential applications
Weather and water seals, partitioning seals, glazing and transport pads, CD buttons

200 Series - Urethane Foam
Generally low density, open cell foam with good recovery when compressed. Available in grey, white and charcoal this material has good temperature resistance and flame retardancy. Reticulated or filter foams are also available.
Potential applications
Acoustic seals, packinging blocks, spacing and filter media, speaker gaskets, dust and air seals, case inserts.

300 Series - EDPM Foam
Standard EPDM foam is medium to high density, closed cell foam with good ozone resistance. Available in black and white with medium to high temperature resistance. Preferred to neoprene when water or steam are present.
Semi-closed cell EPDM foams are available which easily compress compared to normal EPDM foam, has slower recovery and is ideal for a variety of joint-filling applications.

Dust, water and air seals, mouse mats, cushioning pads, anti vibration pads

400 Series - Neoprene Foam
Medium to high density, closed cell foam, good tear and chemical resistance along with reasonable temperature resistance. Flexible and good aging properties meaning that it will not deteriorate and go brittle over time. Preferred to EPDM when oil and grease are present.

Dust and air seals, weather strips, glazing seals, shock and noise absorbers/deadening, HVAC enclosures.
